One-on-one sessions with a certified Max Gain trainer who programs every set, rep, and meal around your body and your goals. Available Mon–Sat, 6am–8pm. Starting at $120 per session or bundled in packages of 10.

Group HIIT

High-intensity interval training in a charged group setting that pushes your cardiovascular ceiling and torches calories long after you leave. Classes run Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at 6am, 12pm, and 6pm. Included in all memberships.

Power Yoga

Not your average stretch session. Max Gain's Power Yoga builds functional flexibility, core stability, and mental focus that amplifies every other training discipline. Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 7am and 7pm. Included in Monthly and Annual plans.

Strength & Hypertrophy

Progressive overload programming on the competition floor. Barbells, racks, chains, and sleds under the guidance of CSCS-certified coaches who know the difference between soreness and growth. Four sessions weekly, Mon–Thu at 5pm. Included in all memberships.

Boxing Conditioning

Bag work, pad rounds, footwork drills, and conditioning circuits straight from the fight camp playbook. No ring experience required — only the willingness to hit hard. Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7pm, Saturday mornings at 8am. Add-on: $29/mo.

Nutrition Coaching

Body composition is built in the kitchen first. Max Gain's registered nutrition coaches deliver personalized macro targets, meal timing strategies, and supplement guidance calibrated to your specific program. Bi-weekly check-ins available. Starting at $89/mo.
