Yoga and Mobility

Recovery-focused yoga sessions designed to restore range of motion, reduce injury risk, and sharpen mental focus between hard training days. Classes held Tuesday and Thursday at 7 AM and 7 PM, Saturday at 9 AM. Add-on: $29/month.

Ramon has trained competitive powerlifters and physique athletes at Max Gain for 11 years. Specializing in periodized strength programming and body recomposition, he holds a CSCS from the NSCA and NASM personal training certification. He has coached three regional powerlifting champions and is the lead trainer for the Strength and Powerlifting program.

Tanya leads Max Gain's Group HIIT and Nutrition Coaching programs with 8 years of hands-on experience. ACE-certified and holding a Precision Nutrition Level 2 credential, she specializes in fat loss, metabolic conditioning, and sustainable dietary habits. Her clients have collectively lost over 3,400 pounds of body fat since she joined the Max Gain team.

Dante brings 14 years of competitive boxing experience and 9 years of coaching to Max Gain's Boxing Conditioning program. Certified through NASM and licensed as a USA Boxing coach, he teaches technical striking mechanics alongside elite conditioning work that produces visible results in four to six weeks. Every class he runs is sold out within hours of opening.

Lena is Max Gain's mobility and yoga specialist with 7 years of coaching experience. Holding an ACE personal training certification, a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher credential, and a Functional Movement Systems Level 2 certification, she designs recovery protocols that dramatically reduce injury rates for high-volume athletes. Her Tuesday evening mobility sessions have a 4-week waitlist.
